The steel cone bottom silo, also known as the hopper bottom steel silo, is a high-efficiency self-discharging storage solution engineered for free-flowing granular and pellet materials. Featuring an integrated tapered steel hopper and elevated steel support frame, this silo realizes full gravity discharge without heavy auxiliary conveying equipment, making it a mainstream choice for small and medium-scale continuous material storage and rapid turnover scenarios. - Optimized Cone Angle Design: Standard 60°±2° hopper angle (customizable 45°/55° options) forms the best self-flow slope, effectively eliminating material bridging, clogging and residual accumulation. The cone bottom is reinforced with 3.0mm thick steel plates, stronger and more durable than the 2.5mm standard silo body plates, resisting material impact and pressure for long-term stable operation.
- Full Gravity Self-Discharge: The elevated frame design completely separates the silo body from the ground. Stored materials slide down automatically by gravity, achieving thorough discharge with extremely low residual grain rate. No manual cleaning or secondary material handling is required, greatly saving labor and time costs.
- Premium Corrosion Resistance: The whole silo body, support frame and cone bottom adopt double-sided hot-dip galvanizing process with a zinc coating weight of 275g/㎡ and a thickness of over 80μm, delivering excellent rust, water and oxidation resistance. It adapts to harsh outdoor and humid workshop environments with a service life of more than 20 years.
