The Scope of Application
This gate-type stabilizer perfectly pairs with various granulators. It is widely used in feed, organic fertilizer, biomass and grain processing industries. It stabilizes pellets for livestock feed, poultry feed, compound fertilizer and biomass fuel pellets. Suitable for small, medium and large continuous production lines, it adapts to multiple raw materials to improve finished pellet quality and meet diverse industrial granulation demands.
Characteristic
- The discharging is driven by compressed air and no need to connect power supplyseparately;
- Gate-type discharging structure, no extruding for granular material, extremely low crushingrate;
- The parts contacting with material are all made of 304 stainless steel;
- Heated by Steam pipeline and keeping warm by thermal insulation rock wool;
- Level Indicator Paddle Type controls material to discharge;
- Each heating unit is set with a temperature detection port.
