Be applied to pellet material grading process such as pellet system grading of feed production line and secondary circulation grinding process with good performance like high filtering accuracy, small vibration, easy maintenance and flexible installation.
1. Use of v-belt transmission which focus on balancing of sifter assembly and sifter tail with elastic support, make material vibrate in horizontal surface with good performance of high filtering accuracy and small vibration.
2. No need oil lubrication to avoid leaking.
3. Streamline design within the outlet, do not make the material deposited, avoiding cross-contamination.
4. Use pressure screening mechanism, screen material firmly and rapidly.
5. Can be customized with single-layer screen, dual-screen, three-storey screen and two-layer sieving double feeding according to the requirement.
